How long will it take before I receive my order

Please allow 1-3 working days for despatch of your order.
If you have ordered an item that we dont stock please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery.
We do not ship part orders, orders will only be shipped when all the items are available from stock.

Free Delivery on all orders to the UK - Worldwide Delivery is only £19

If you are not in when we deliver

All our deliveries require a signature, if you are not in when the postman calls you will be left a card and the item taken back to their local sorting office. You will usually have between 3 and 7 days to collect your item from the sorting office.
If you do not collect the item within the timescale given on the card, your items will be returned back to us and you will have to pay a re shipping fee if this happens.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you’ve bought from this website, you can get your money back within 7 days of receiving the goods. Postage costs will not be refunded and it is up to you to return the goods.

This guarantee works only for products purchased online or by phone from an OBD2 Ltd. If you’ve bought your products from our distributors, please contact them and check their Returns policy.
